  • Has handled numerous marital dissolutions involving the valuation of independently owned businesses – farm implement dealership, car dealerships, church building, printing, advertising agencies, manufacturing, etc.
  • Developed long-range economic recovery plans for clients who have no wage earning capacity
  • Prevailing attorney in the interest of NDG, a minor child and JJG, minor child; 20 Kan App 2d 17 (1994); issue whether one parent’s parental rights may be severed while other parent’s rights are maintained and that the parent is providing suitable home for minor children
  • Represented Ruth Ann Messner in divorce from Roe Messner, former P.T.L. church builder that married Tammy Faye Baker. Discovery, research and analysis assisted in the indictment of Roe Messner for bankruptcy fraud. In addition to legal representation of the divorce, handled public relation requests from local and national print and television media.
